Orange Disc Dangle Earrings

My enamel dot earrings are guaranteed to put a zing in your life with their fresh minimalist style. A great treat for your self-esteem and self-confidence (which makes them useful items to have in your jewellery box) for those days that may seem a little grey.
Each copper disc is annealed, hammered and torch fired with a minimum of 3 layers of vitreous enamel (fine powdered glass). Sterling silver wire is cut and formed into the long elegant ear wires that will support and hold the disc. The wire is sanded to a smooth finish to slip easily into the ear lobe. All metals are ethically sourced from Australian suppliers.
Other info:
– Enamel is glass powder fused on to the metal. Like glass it will break if reasonable care is not taken.
– The colour may differ slightly to the one pictured in my online store. The physical changes are due to glass and colour density, opacity and the subtractive and additive nature of light and pigment mix. Not all enamels have an obvious colour change, however, all enamel colours are affected by both the base metal and the time-temperature relationship during firing
– Please allow 1-2 weeks from order to shipping.
– All purchases from the JRJartspace are sent in a small recycled craft paper box designed and lovingly labelled by the maker.
